- Scholarship forms will be filled up for students from college / ITI as well as other graduates.

- E-mail and mobile number (Provide only email login and mobile permanent and present.)
- Marksheet of Std.10,11 and 12 (as applicable )
- (Note: Marksheet of last attempt)
- The marksheet of all the courses done after Std. 10 has to be uploaded.
- Specimen of race (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST)
- Example of income
- aadhar card
- Bank passbook
- Receipt of fee payment (certificate of fee waiver if fee is waived)
- LC (School Leaving Certificate)
- Bonofide Certificate (if applicable)
- School College Eye Card (if any)
- Hostel Certificate (if the student lives in a hostel)
- Break Affidavit Certi
- (Notarized Break Affidavit Certificate in Stamp Paper if the student has a gap of more than 1 year during the study).
